When will I receive my refund?
Refunds are only issued in specific approved cases, such as duplicate payments, confirmed overcharges, or authorized reimbursements under our Perfect Fit Guarantee.
Processing steps
- Once your case is validated by our team, we confirm the refund amount and method.
- Refunds are always processed using the same payment method used for the order, unless store credit applies.
- In some cases (e.g., late alteration invoices, alteration from remade orders, etc.), the refund may be issued as store credit to your customer account.
Typical timeframe
- Once approved, refunds are normally issued within 72 business hours.
- Depending on your bank or payment provider, it may take up to 10 additional business days for the amount to appear in your account.
Partial refunds or credits
- When applicable, only the approved portion (e.g., alteration cost reimbursement or duplicate charge) will be refunded.
- Refund status updates appear in your support request thread or via email confirmation once processed.
Important
We do not issue refunds for custom-made garments unless explicitly approved under our policies. Unauthorized returns or non-compliant claims cannot be refunded.
