Can I return a made-to-measure item?
Because each product is made individually to your measurements and specifications, we do not accept standard returns or exchanges. However, you are fully covered by our Perfect Fit Guarantee if your order doesn’t fit as expected.
When you can open a claim
- Fit or quality issues must be reported within 30 days after delivery.
- Our Fit Team will review your case and confirm whether a local alteration or a remake applies.
- You may be asked to return the original garment for quality control before a remake is approved.
Condition requirements
- Items must be unused and in original condition (only tried on for fitting).
- No stains, odors, or damage from use or alterations not approved by our team.
Refund policy
- Because each item is custom-made, we don’t offer monetary refunds for returns.
- When applicable, approved alterations are reimbursed or remakes are issued at no extra cost.
- Store credit may be granted only in exceptional, pre-approved cases.
