Do you cover local alterations?
Yes. If your made-to-measure item requires small adjustments, we cover local alteration costs up to 25% of the product’s price under our Perfect Fit Guarantee.
When it applies
- You reported a fit issue within 30 days after delivery.
- Our Fit Team reviewed your case and approved a local alteration instead of a remake.
- The adjustments are minor and feasible by a local tailor (e.g., sleeve length, waist, trouser hem).
Reimbursement limits
- We cover alteration costs up to 25% of the product price.
- The exact maximum in your currency will be confirmed during your claim process.
What we need
- A clear picture of the receipt or invoice from your local tailor, uploaded through the support request in the order details section of your customer account.
- The date, total, and currency must be visible.
- The alteration must match what our Fit Team approved.
Refund method and timing
- Once verified, we’ll refund the approved amount — usually to your original payment method.
- If the invoice is sent after the claim window, the refund may be issued as store credit instead.
- For orders paid with store credit, gift cards, or for remade garments, any approved alteration reimbursement will be issued as store credit.
- Refunds are typically processed within a few business days after validation.

Please wait for our confirmation before visiting a tailor. Unapproved or out-of-policy alterations cannot be reimbursed.
