When do you offer a remake?
A remake may be offered when the fit or customization issue cannot be fixed by local alterations and our Fit Team confirms that a new item is the best solution.
When a remake applies
- You submitted your claim within 30 days after delivery.
- Our Fit Team reviewed your case and determined that the issue cannot be solved with local alterations.
- The problem is due to confirmed measurement, production, or customization issues covered under our Perfect Fit Guarantee.
What happens next
- We’ll reproduce your item using the corrected measurements or updated details confirmed during the review.
- The new production follows the same tailoring process and delivery times as a standard order.
- You’ll receive a new tracking link once your remake is dispatched.
What happens to the original item
- Keep your original item until we confirm the next step.
- Once the remake is approved, you will need to return the original garment at your own cost, as stated in the Terms & Conditions accepted before purchase.
- Remakes are approved once you provide the tracking number after receiving return instructions or once the item arrives at our Quality Control Center.
Exclusions
Remakes are not offered in the following cases:
- Claims submitted after the 30-day period.
- Requests for design or fabric changes unrelated to the fit or an error in production.
