I was charged twice. What should I do?
If you see a duplicate charge on your statement, please don’t worry. We’ll help you resolve it quickly.
Step 1: Check your payment confirmations or bank/PayPal account. Sometimes one charge is still pending and will automatically disappear within a few days.
Step 2: If both payments were captured, please contact our Customer Service and include your order number and a screenshot showing both transactions.
Step 3: Once we confirm the duplicate payment, we’ll issue a full refund for the extra amount to your original payment method.

The refund usually appears within a few business days, depending on your bank’s processing times.
