Can I add or remove items from my order?
Changes to your order are only possible within 24 hours after payment. After this period, production begins and no further modifications can be made.
Removing items
- You can request the removal of an item within 24 hours after payment.
- If the new order total no longer qualifies for free shipping, standard shipping rates may apply.
- Any price difference will be adjusted before the change is confirmed.
Adding items
It is not possible to add new items directly to an existing order. If you want to purchase an additional product:
- Please place a new order.
- If both orders are still in production and not yet shipped, our team can try to merge them into one shipment.
How to request a change
- Contact our Customer Service as soon as possible after payment.
- Include your order number and specify whether you want to remove an item or place an additional order to be merged.
Important rules
- Changes are accepted only within 24 hours after payment.
- Express or priority orders cannot be changed because production starts immediately.
- Adding items requires placing a new order; merging depends on production status.
