Can I cancel my order?
You can request to cancel your order within 24 hours of payment. After this time, production begins and cancellations are no longer possible.
• How to request: You can cancel your order online before the deadline or contact our Customer Service immediately with your order number and request for cancellation.
- Time limit & exceptions: Standard orders can be canceled within 24 hours after payment. Express or priority orders cannot be canceled at all, as production starts immediately.
- Refunds: If your cancellation is accepted, your payment will be refunded using the same payment method.
- After production starts: Once your order is in tailoring or has been shipped, it cannot be canceled or refunded.
