Can I merge two orders into one shipment?
Yes, we can merge two orders in some cases, but only before shipping and if both are at the same production stage.
• When it’s possible: Both orders must still be in production and not yet shipped.
- How to request: Contact our Customer Service as soon as possible and include both order numbers.
- After shipping: Once any order has been dispatched, merging is no longer possible.
- Effect on delivery: Merging may slightly extend the delivery time depending on production and carrier schedules.
- Group or wedding orders: To have all garments delivered together or separately, please contact us before placing your orders — our team will help organize it.
