• How to request: You can manage changes online or contact our Customer Service immediately with your order number and the exact changes you want to make (e.g., new fabric name, new design style).

• Time limit & exceptions: Changes are only possible within 24 hours of payment because production starts quickly. Express or priority orders cannot be changed at all, as production begins immediately.
• Price changes: If the new design or fabric has a different price, we will handle the difference before confirming the change. If the new option is more expensive, we will send a payment request. If it’s less expensive, we will credit the difference back to you.
