What photos or measurements do you need for fit review?
To help our Fit Team assess your case accurately, we need clear photos and basic information about how the garment fits. Please submit them through your “Open Support Request” form in your account.
Required photos
- Front view – wearing the garment, fully buttoned or zipped, with arms relaxed.
- Side view – standing straight, to show sleeve and torso fit.
- Back view – to check overall posture and balance.
- Close-up of the issue – only if there’s a specific problem area (e.g., shoulder, waist, length).
Garment and measurements
- If requested, measure the garment laid flat and note the areas that feel tight or loose (e.g., chest, waist, sleeve).
- You don’t need to re-measure your full body unless our Fit Team asks for it.
How to submit
- Upload your photos and notes directly in the Open Support Request for your order.
- Ensure photos are well-lit and the garment is visible from head to thigh.
Privacy note
Photos are reviewed only by our internal Fit Team for fit analysis. They are not shared or used for any other purpose and are securely deleted once your case is resolved.
