My item doesn’t fit — what should I do?
If your made-to-measure item doesn’t fit, you are covered by our Perfect Fit Guarantee. Please start a fit review within 30 days after delivery so we can guide you to the best solution.
How to start your review
- Go to Account → Paid Orders and open your order.
- Click “Open Support Request” to start your claim.
- Attach clear photos showing the fit while you wear the garment and add a short description of the issue (too tight, too loose, etc.).
What happens next
- Our Fit Team will review your information and confirm whether a local alteration or a remake is the right solution.
- If an alteration is approved, there are two possibilities:
- If a remake is necessary, we’ll start it as soon as your case is validated.
– If your garments are adjustable and there is a partner tailor in your area, you won’t need to pay anything — the partner will invoice us directly.
– If you visit a local tailor, we will reimburse the alteration cost according to the terms accepted before your purchase.

- Contact us first: Please start your online claim before visiting a tailor.
- Time limit: Claims must be submitted within 30 days of delivery to qualify for coverage.
- Keep the garment: We may ask you to return the original item to our quality control center for inspection.
