Will I pay shipping again for an exchange or remake?
If your remake or alteration has been approved under our Perfect Fit Guarantee, you will not pay for the shipment of the new item — but you are responsible for sending the original garment back to us.
When shipping is free
- Approved remakes: We cover the shipping of the new item to you once your case is validated.
- Approved alterations: Since the adjustments are done locally, no return shipping is required.
When costs may apply
- Return of the original garment: Customers are responsible for the cost of sending the original item back to our facility.
- Unapproved or out-of-policy requests: If a remake or return falls outside our guarantee period, shipping costs are fully covered by the customer.
- Voluntary reorders or design changes: Treated as new purchases with standard shipping rates shown at checkout.
- Remote destinations: Some international regions may incur a small carrier surcharge.
Refunds and cost display
- When we cover shipping, the discount is automatically applied to your remake order — no action needed.
- If you prepaid shipping for a verified claim, we’ll refund it to your original payment method or as store credit, depending on the case.
