Can I exchange my item?
Because each product is custom-made to your individual measurements and specifications, we do not offer standard exchanges like in-stock retailers.
If your garment doesn’t fit or you wish to make changes, we will help you through our Perfect Fit Guarantee instead.
How it works
- Instead of a direct exchange, our Fit Team will review your case and determine whether a local alteration or a remake is appropriate.
- Approved remakes are produced from scratch using your corrected measurements or updated fit instructions.
- If you simply want a different design or fabric, you can place a new order anytime — discounts or credits may apply if your previous order qualified for compensation.
Timing and costs
- Alterations or remakes are handled at no extra cost when approved under our Perfect Fit Guarantee.
- New design or fabric changes outside this process are treated as a new order at standard pricing.
