I received the wrong item. How do we fix it?
If you received the wrong product, fabric, or size, please report it within 7 calendar days after delivery so we can review and correct it quickly.
How to report
- Go to Account → Paid Orders and find the affected order.
- Click “Open Support Request” to start your claim.
- Include:
– A clear photo of the received item
– A photo of the inner product label or packaging slip
– A short description of what you ordered versus what you received
What happens next
- Our Quality Team will review your photos and confirm the error.
- If confirmed, we’ll arrange a remake or replacement at no cost.
- You may be asked to return the incorrect item using a return label provided by our team.
- Once validated, your replacement will enter production immediately.
Important
- Please do not return any items before receiving confirmation from our Customer Service.
- Keep the original packaging until your case is closed.
- Shipment or item issues must be reported within 7 days of delivery to qualify for coverage.
