My order arrived damaged. What should I do?
If your order arrived damaged or with packaging issues, please report it to us as soon as possible so we can review and resolve it.
How to report
- Go to Account → Paid Orders and select the affected order.
- Click “Open Support Request” to start your claim.
- Include clear photos showing:
– The damaged area of the product
– The packaging (inside and outside)
– The order label
Time limit
- Damage claims must be submitted within 7 days after delivery, as stated in our policy.
What happens next
- Our Quality Team will review your photos and details.
- If the issue is confirmed, we’ll offer a repair, remake, or other suitable solution depending on the type of damage.
- You may be asked to return the item for inspection before we proceed with a replacement.
Important
- Please do not send the item back before receiving confirmation from our team.
- Keep all original packaging until your case is closed.
