How do I start a return?
Because each item is custom-made, returns are not automatic and must first be reviewed by our Fit & Quality team under our Perfect Fit Guarantee.
How to start your Support Request
- Go to Account → Paid Orders and find your order.
- Click “Open Support Request” to start your case.
- Select the reason for your request and describe the issue clearly (fit, quality, or damage).
- Upload clear photos of the garment while worn and describe what’s wrong.
After you submit your claim
- Our Fit Team will review your case and confirm the next steps — either a local alteration, a remake, or in rare cases a return for inspection.
- If a return is required, you’ll receive a Return Authorization (RMA) with detailed instructions.
- The parcel must be returned in its original condition and packaging, with a photo of the shipping label or receipt as proof.
Deadlines
- Claims must be submitted within 30 days after delivery.
- Once approved, return instructions are valid for 7 days from the date of confirmation.
