How do I start a return?

Because each item is custom-made, returns are not automatic and must first be reviewed by our Fit & Quality team under our Perfect Fit Guarantee.


How to start your Support Request

  • Go to Account → Paid Orders and find your order.
  • Click “Open Support Request” to start your case.
  • Select the reason for your request and describe the issue clearly (fit, quality, or damage).
  • Upload clear photos of the garment while worn and describe what’s wrong.

After you submit your claim

  • Our Fit Team will review your case and confirm the next steps — either a local alteration, a remake, or in rare cases a return for inspection.
  • If a return is required, you’ll receive a Return Authorization (RMA) with detailed instructions.
  • The parcel must be returned in its original condition and packaging, with a photo of the shipping label or receipt as proof.

Deadlines

  • Claims must be submitted within 30 days after delivery.
  • Once approved, return instructions are valid for 7 days from the date of confirmation.
