What’s the delivery time?
Delivery time = production time + transit time. We always show your estimated delivery date (ETA) before you pay.
• Where to see your ETA: on some product pages, in the cart, and at checkout after you enter your shipping address. It’s also in your order confirmation and under Account → Orders.
- What affects it: product category, destination country or region, and service speed (standard vs. express or priority where available).
- Express/priority shipping: speeds up transit only; production time usually stays the same. Availability depends on destination and appears at checkout.
- Peak seasons & holidays: can add extra days in production or transit.
- Things that can pause production: missing measurements, requested changes after ordering, or address/payment verification.
- Remote areas & customs: some locations or customs clearance may extend transit time.
- Multiple parcels: orders can ship in more than one package; each parcel will have its own tracking and may arrive on different days.
