How do I track my shipment?
You can track your order as soon as it ships. A tracking link will be sent automatically by email and is also visible in your account.
Where to find it
- In your shipping confirmation email
- Under Account → Orders on our website, once your parcel has been dispatched.
When tracking becomes active
The link may take up to 24 hours to show movement after shipping, depending on the carrier.
Carriers used
We work with major international couriers such as DHL, FedEx, and regional partners depending on your destination.
Partial shipments
If your order contains items produced in different facilities (e.g., clothing and footwear), they may ship separately. Each shipment will have its own tracking number and email notification.

If you can’t find your tracking email, check your spam or promotions folder, or log into your account to see the latest status.
