Can I change my payment method after ordering?
Normally, payment is completed when you place your order, so the payment method cannot be changed afterward.
If your payment failed or was not processed
Please place the order again using your preferred method. Unpaid orders are automatically canceled after a short time.
Manual or special cases (for example, bank transfer)
If you’ve been given payment instructions but prefer a different method, contact our Customer Service to confirm if another option can be arranged.
Important
Once payment is confirmed, the order cannot be modified or canceled, and the payment method cannot be changed.
