Can I pay by bank transfer?
Yes, you can pay by bank transfer. This is a manual payment method, and we will provide the correct bank details depending on your currency and billing country.
How it works
1. Add your items to the Shopping Bag and keep them there.
2. Contact our Customer Service to request the correct bank details for your currency.
3. Make the transfer and include your full name and the email address of your Hockerty account in the payment reference.
4. Email the payment receipt to our Customer Service. We can only start production after receiving this document.
Important
- Bank details vary by currency. To avoid errors or delays, always contact Customer Service first.
- We cannot validate or process transfers sent to incorrect bank accounts.
- Production begins only after we confirm receipt of your payment.
- Bank transfers may take several days to arrive.
Refunds and compensation for bank transfers
- When you pay by bank transfer, most approved compensations (for example, local alterations or occasional customs duties) are issued as store credit to your Hockerty account, not as a cash refund.
- This credit can be used for future purchases on our website.
- Cash refunds to your bank account are usually only possible in clearly documented cases such as duplicate payments or technical errors.
Note
The “bank transfer” option will not appear as a button at checkout. It is handled manually through the steps above.
