How can I wash my clothes?
Each made-to-measure garment comes with a printed care sheet included in your package. This sheet provides specific washing and ironing instructions based on the fabrics used in your order.
Important to know
- Our garments do not include a sewn-in care label, since each piece is unique.
- Always follow the guidance provided on the care sheet enclosed with your order.
- If you’ve misplaced it, please contact our Customer Service and mention your order number — we’ll send you the care instructions for your exact fabric.
General recommendations
- For jeans/denim: Wash alone for the first time. To preserve fit and color, wash inside out on a cold (low temperature) cycle with similar colors. Hang to dry and avoid the tumble dryer.
- For wool or linen garments: Dry-cleaning is recommended.
- For cotton or blended fabrics: Wash gently at low temperature and avoid tumble drying.
- Always iron on low to medium heat and avoid direct contact with decorative details.
