Can I have multiple measurement profiles?
Yes. You can keep several measurement profiles in your account, but you can apply only one profile per order.
Where to manage
- Account → “My measurement profiles”: create, review, edit, or delete profiles.
- Checkout → “Add Measurements”: choose which single profile to apply to the order.
Create
- Click “+ ADD A NEW PROFILE” in Account → “My measurement profiles”.
- Give each profile a clear name (e.g., “John – business fit”, “Alex – tux”).
Use / switch at checkout
- In the “Add Measurements” step, select the profile you want to use.
- You can review and edit values before payment.
Manage
- From “My measurement profiles” you can “VIEW”, “MODIFY”, or “DELETE” any profile.
Multi-person orders
- Because only one profile can be used per order, please contact our Customer Service if you need to place an order for multiple recipients at the same time (e.g., group or wedding).
Tips
- Keep units consistent (cm or inches).
- Maintain a small set of clearly named profiles to avoid mistakes.
- Do not add extra allowance. Take your body measurements exactly as shown.
