Can I measure using an existing garment?
No. We don’t accept measurements taken from an existing garment as the basis for a new order. Construction differences (ease, seam allowances, stretch) make flat-measure conversions unreliable and can lead to a misfitting garment.
What to do instead
- Take body measurements following the short how-to videos in the measurement step.
- You can start with the AI measurement estimate and then review/edit each value.
Where to enter measurements
- Checkout → “Add Measurements”.
- Account → “My measurement profiles”.
