Will I have to pay customs duties or taxes?
What you pay depends on your delivery country. VAT may be included or excluded, but import duties for non-EU countries are not shown at checkout.
European Union (delivery inside the EU)
Prices include VAT. The amount shown at checkout is your final price.
Outside the EU
Prices do not include local taxes or customs duties. Any import charges requested by customs or the carrier must be paid by the recipient and are not displayed during checkout.
Our goodwill policy
If you are charged import duties, we will reimburse up to 25% of the order value according to our terms.
How to claim
Send the official customs invoice or receipt within 30 days after delivery.
