How do gift cards work?
Gift cards are digital codes you can buy and redeem online worldwide.

How to use
- Enter your code at checkout in the field “Do you have a coupon code or gift card?”.
- Only one gift card can be used per order.
Balance & partial use
- If your order total is less than the card value, the remaining balance stays active on the same code.
- Gift cards cannot be recharged or topped up.
How to check gift card balance?
- Checkout workaround: Add any item to your cart and enter the gift card under “Do you have a coupon code or gift card?”.
- Need an exact figure without using the cart? Contact Customer Service with your code and we’ll tell you the remaining balance.
→ The system will show the amount applied. If your cart total is higher than the card value, the applied amount = current balance.
→ You can then remove the item — no payment is taken until you confirm the order.
Expiry
- Valid for one year from the date of purchase.
Important
- Lost, stolen, or used gift cards cannot be replaced.
- We reserve the right to refuse fraudulent codes.
- Check special conditions for adjustments in case of Perfect Fit Guarantee.
