Can I request a customization that isn’t in the configurator?
Most design choices are available in the configurator. However, some customizations not visible online can be arranged on request. All special requests are reviewed case by case by our Customer Service team.
How to request
You can contact our Customer Service with your request either before you place your order or within 24 hours after payment.
If contacting us after payment, please include your order number.
Feasibility
Some requests may not be possible due to pattern or material limits. Our team will confirm whether your request can be made.
Impact
If a request is accepted, price and delivery time may change. We will always inform you of these in advance before proceeding.
Limitations
We do not tailor with customer-provided fabrics.
