My order shipped in multiple packages. Where is the rest?
Some orders are shipped in more than one parcel, especially when they include different product types (for example, clothing and shoes).
Tracking all parcels
Each parcel has its own tracking number. You can find all tracking links in your shipping confirmation email and under Account → Orders.
Different delivery times
Parcels may be delivered on different days, even if shipped at the same time. This depends on the carrier’s handling and local logistics.
What to do
- Check all tracking links to see which items have already been delivered.
- Wait a few more days — the remaining parcel usually arrives shortly after the first.
- If one parcel hasn’t moved for several days or appears lost, contact our Customer Service with your order number and the tracking codes.
