Can I change the delivery date after shipping?

Once your order has shipped, we cannot directly change the delivery date, but most carriers offer flexible delivery options.


How to request a change
After you receive your shipping confirmation, open the tracking link provided in the email. There, you can manage your delivery directly with the carrier.


Options available

  • Schedule a new delivery date or request redelivery.
  • Hold the parcel at the nearest pickup point or local depot.
  • Redirect to a pickup location (available in most regions).

Limitations
Delivery changes depend on the carrier and your country. Some services or destinations may not support these options. Once a parcel is out for delivery, changes are usually no longer possible.

If you can’t modify your delivery through the carrier’s link, contact our Customer Service with your order number, and we’ll check the available options for you.
