Can I change the delivery date after shipping?
Once your order has shipped, we cannot directly change the delivery date, but most carriers offer flexible delivery options.
How to request a change
After you receive your shipping confirmation, open the tracking link provided in the email. There, you can manage your delivery directly with the carrier.
Options available
- Schedule a new delivery date or request redelivery.
- Hold the parcel at the nearest pickup point or local depot.
- Redirect to a pickup location (available in most regions).
Limitations
Delivery changes depend on the carrier and your country. Some services or destinations may not support these options. Once a parcel is out for delivery, changes are usually no longer possible.
