Once an order has been paid, it is not possible to apply store credit or a gift card retroactively.

If you still have available credit or an unused gift card:

• You can apply it to your next order at checkout under “Do you have a coupon code or gift card?”.
• Gift cards are valid for one year from the date of purchase. Store credit is valid for one year from the date it is added to your customer account.

If your current order has not yet been paid:

• Cancel the unpaid order and place a new one using your credit or gift card during checkout.
