Your invoice becomes available once your order has been shipped.

How to download it

• Log in to your account.
• Go to Paid Orders.
• Click “See details” next to the order.
• Scroll to the section Documents and select “Download invoice as PDF.”

Notes

• The invoice is generated automatically after dispatch and includes all payment and shipping details.
• For business purchases, enter your company name and VAT number before completing payment so they appear on the invoice.
