- Measurement or customization review: If we need to confirm details about your measurements or design, production may pause until we receive your reply.
- Address verification: Dispatch can be delayed if your shipping details need to be checked or corrected.
- Carrier or customs delays: Once shipped, delivery may take longer if the carrier experiences network or customs issues beyond our control.
What we do
