Production time varies by product type and destination region. The estimated delivery date you see before payment already includes both production and shipping time.

• Where to check: You can see your estimated delivery date on the product page, in your shopping bag, and again at checkout after entering your shipping address. It also appears in your confirmation email and under Account → Orders.

• What affects production time: Garment or footwear category, selected options, and destination country.
• Express or priority orders: These reduce delivery time only; production speed remains the same.
• Seasonal note: The estimated delivery date shown at checkout already accounts for production pauses during public holidays, like Chinese New Year.
• What can pause production: Missing measurements, pending confirmation details, or order changes after payment.
