Where can I see my order status and estimated delivery date?
You can track your order status and estimated delivery date directly in your account and through our update emails.
• In your account: Go to Account → Orders to view your order timeline, including production and shipping stages.
- In your emails: You will receive notifications when your order enters each stage such as confirmation, tailoring, quality control, and shipping.
Status stages
- Confirmed: We have received your payment and the order is being processed.
- In tailoring: Your item is in production.
- Quality control: Final checks before shipping.
- Shipped: Your parcel has left our workshop and tracking is available.
Estimated delivery date (ETA)
The ETA appears in your account and in the confirmation email once the order is confirmed.
It includes both production and transit time based on your destination.
It updates automatically if there are changes during production or shipment.
Limitations
Status updates are not shown in real time, so please allow a few hours for synchronization.
