Changes are only possible before production starts. Once tailoring has begun, your order details are locked and can no longer be modified.

• Standard orders: You can request changes or cancellation within 24 hours after payment.

• Express or priority orders: These enter production immediately and cannot be changed or canceled.
• After tailoring starts: No further edits can be made to measurements, fabrics, or designs.
• Where to check: You can see your current order status under Account → Orders or in your order confirmation emails.
