Can I update my measurements after ordering?
Yes, but only within a short time window. Hockerty allows order changes — including updated measurements — if requested within 24 hours after payment. After this period, tailoring starts and no changes can be made.

- How to request: Contact our Customer Service
- as soon as possible with your order number and the corrected measurements.
- Express or priority orders: These enter production immediately, so changes are not possible even within 24 hours.
- Impact: If your request is accepted, delivery may be slightly delayed. You will receive a confirmation once the change is applied.
Important
If your order is still in progress and has not yet been cut, you can update your measurements yourself online — but you must do it from the order details so the changes apply to that specific order.
Updating only your measurement profile will not modify the measurements of a confirmed order. If you want the update to affect an ongoing order, make sure to edit the measurements directly within that order.
