How do I manage emails and notifications?
You can manage which types of emails you receive at any time.
Types of emails we send
- Order updates: Sent automatically for order confirmation, production, shipping, and delivery — these cannot be disabled, as they’re essential for your purchase.
- Promotional emails: Optional messages about offers, new products, or campaigns — you can unsubscribe at any time.
How to unsubscribe or change preferences
- Click “Unsubscribe” at the bottom of any promotional email to stop receiving marketing messages.
- You’ll remain subscribed to order and service notifications related to active or past purchases.
- Changes may take a few days to take effect.
