You can view all your past orders — and the measurement profiles used for each one — directly in your account.

To view your past orders
1. Sign in and go to Paid Orders under your account menu.
2. Each order shows the status, total, and main products.
3. Click “See Details” to open the full order page.

• You’ll find order information such as date, items, tracking number (once shipped), and invoice access.
• You can download your invoice or check payment details there as well.

To view which measurements were used

• On the same order detail page, scroll down to Measurement Profiles.
• You’ll see which profile was applied for that specific order (e.g., name, height, weight summary).
• Click “View Profile” to see your complete measurements.
• Measurement profiles are read-only for past orders, but you can update or rename them under My Digital Body Profiles for future purchases.

Notes

• Orders placed without logging in appear only if they were made with the same email address.
• Once an order is confirmed, the linked measurement profile cannot be changed.
