You can update your email address directly in your account.

How to update your email

• Sign in and go to My Information under your account menu.
• Click “Change Email” next to your current address.
• Enter your new email twice to confirm, then click Confirm.

After you confirm

• Your login email will be updated immediately.
• All future communications and receipts will be sent to your new address.
• Existing orders remain linked to your account and are not affected.

Important
If you currently have an open claim or support request, please complete it before changing your email to avoid delays in communication.
