You can delete your account directly from your profile.

How to delete your account

• Sign in and go to My Information under your account menu.
• Scroll down to “Want to delete your account?” and click here.
• Confirm your request.

What happens when you delete your account

• Your access to order history, measurements, and stored credit will be permanently removed.
• All personal information will be erased, except for data that must be kept for legal or transactional reasons (e.g., invoicing records).
• Once deleted, the account cannot be restored.

Processing time
Deletion is immediate after confirmation.
