How do I sign in or reset my password?

To reset your password
- Click “Login” at the top-right corner.
- Select “Forgot your password?” on the sign-in page.
- Enter the email address linked to your account.
- You’ll receive an email titled “Recover password” with a “Change Password” button.
- Click it and follow the instructions to set your new password.
If you don’t receive the reset email
- Check your spam or junk folder.
- Make sure you entered the same email used for your previous orders.
- If the email still doesn’t arrive, contact our Customer Service for assistance.
